(NOT YET) A POLYGLOT — Origins
- Indonesian (Native): Mother tongue. Spoken at home growing up in Jakarta, still the language I default to and the one I think in when I’m tired.
- English (C1): C1 (IELTS 8.0). Not my first language but the one I’ve built a decade of professional life in.
- German (B1 / B2): B1/B2 (sehr gut score). The language I picked up to actually live in Berlin for things like Anmeldung, doctor’s appointments, and neighbourhood small talk.
- French (A1 / A2): A1/A2. Picked it up out of curiosity. A beautiful language, and there’s always a chance Paris is my next move.
