(NOT YET) A POLYGLOT — Origins
- Indonesian (Native): My mother tongue. I spoke it at home while growing up in Jakarta; it is still the language I default to and the one I think in when I’m tired.
- English (C1): C1 (IELTS 8.0). Not my first language, but the one in which I’ve built a decade of professional life.
- German (B1 / B2): B1/B2 (with a sehr gut result). The language I picked up to actually live in Berlin for things like Anmeldung, doctor’s appointments, and neighborhood small talk.
- French (A1 / A2): A1/A2. Picked it up out of curiosity. A beautiful language, and there’s always a chance Paris is my next move.
